Collaborative work with your global IT-team
1. Agree upon collaboration workflow plan between your global IT-team and our support team.
2. Define areas of our services and responsibilities, specifics of work and services
3. Organize the communication between global IT-team and local IT-teams for the country specific services (1C, CRM, ERP other).
4. Study global IT service standards and manuals, expand for the localization if needed.
5. Select the team of specialists who will be working with you on a permanent basis and communicate with colleagues form your global IT-team.
6. Regularly communicate with you and global IT-team to comply new tasks and report the progress with current ones.
